At Vita Stack Health, we are committed to transparent, fair billing. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have questions, contact us at support@vitastackhealth.com before proceeding.

Prescription Medication

No returns or refunds on dispensed medication.Once a prescription medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy and shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This is required by federal and state pharmacy regulations — prescription medications cannot be accepted back for reuse or resale.

This applies to all GLP-1 medications including compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, regardless of whether the medication has been opened or used.

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment outcome, please contact our support team. While we cannot refund dispensed medication, we can work with your provider to adjust your protocol.

Consultations & Provider Visits

Consultation fees cover the time and clinical review performed by your independent licensed provider. As such:

  • Completed consultations are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
  • If your provider determines you are not a candidate for treatment after your consultation, your consultation fee may be reviewed for a refund at our discretion — contact us within 5 business days.
  • If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without cancelling in advance, the fee is non-refundable.
If you were denied treatment after your consultation, please email support@vitastackhealth.com within 5 business days and we will review your case.

Subscriptions & Membership Plans

Vita Stack Health offers subscription-based care plans billed on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by emailing support@vitastackhealth.com. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Refunds on Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has begun.
  • If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged going forward.
  • Partial-period refunds are not issued unless required by applicable law.
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not cancel any medication orders already placed or in transit. Those shipments are subject to the medication refund policy above.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

We take the quality and accuracy of every shipment seriously. If you receive:

  • A damaged shipment— medication that arrived visibly damaged, broken, or compromised
  • An incorrect order— wrong medication, wrong dosage, or wrong quantity
  • A missing order— your order shows delivered but was not received

Please contact us at support@vitastackhealth.com within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the pharmacy to issue a replacement shipment or, where a replacement is not possible, process a refund for the affected items.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Medications are shipped by our partner compounding pharmacies via tracked carriers. VitaStack LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays, weather events, or supply chain disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the patient
  • Failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the package
  • Package theft after confirmed delivery

If your shipment is significantly delayed (more than 7 business days past the expected delivery date), contact us and we will investigate with the pharmacy and carrier on your behalf.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Email support@vitastackhealth.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Include your full name, order or account number, and a description of your issue
  • Attach any relevant photos or documentation
  • Submit your request within 5 business days of the issue

We review all refund requests within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where abuse of this policy is suspected or where the request falls outside the timeframes and conditions stated above.
